We run fixed-length campaigns for local charities. For the length of a campaign, a share of every job we complete goes to that one organization. When it ends we publish what it raised and start the next one.
You are not asked to round up or add a donation at checkout. The contribution is already inside the price you were quoted, so the same job gives the same amount whether you think about it or not.

Questions we get
- Do you need to come out to give a quote?
- No. The quote is built from county property records — square footage, stories, siding and building footprint — and you see every line item on screen before you decide. The one exception is roof wash, which is a starting-at price we confirm from photos.
- How do you know my square footage?
- It is public record. County parcel data carries heated square footage, stories, siding type and the building footprint, and the quote engine reads them when you type your address. If the record is out of date — an addition, a re-side — tell us and we correct the quote before scheduling.
- Do I need to be home?
- Usually not. We need an outside spigot turned on and gates unlocked, and we take gate codes at booking. You get a text when we are on the way and another when we are done. If you would rather be there, pick a time that works when you book.
- What if it rains?
- We reach you with a new time. Weather reschedules are our job to sort out, not yours to chase.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Insured, yes. North Carolina does not license pressure washing, so there is no license to hold. Insurance is the thing to ask any company about.
- Where does the charity money come from?
- From the price you were quoted. We run fixed-length campaigns for local charities, and a share of every job completed during a campaign goes to that organization. You are never asked to round up or opt in.
