The address you type

We look it up in public county property records to get square footage, stories, siding and the building footprint. That is how the instant quote works without a site visit. County records also carry the owner's name; we keep it with the property record and never show it on the site.

What you tell us when you submit

Your name, email, phone, the services you picked, any notes you wrote, and any photos you uploaded. We use them to confirm the price, schedule the work and send you the quote.

Which sign or link brought you here

If you arrived from a door hanger, yard sign or shared link with a code in it, we remember the code so we know which ones work. That is a code, not a name.

How the quote tool gets used

We log the steps people reach, the services they add and drop, whether the estimator and the aerial view get used, and which page sent them to the quote. This tells us where the tool is confusing. It is not tied to a name until you choose to submit, and it is never shared.

Emails we send you

We keep a record that a quote or resume email was sent to your address and whether it delivered. We do not send marketing email.

Basic device information

Whether you are on a phone, tablet or desktop, from your browser's standard request headers. Nothing more specific than that.

We set two cookies, both ours, both invisible to scripts, and neither tracks you anywhere else.

Remembers the sign or link code you arrived with. Lasts 90 days.

Remembers a promotion attached to that link so it applies to your quote. Lasts 90 days.

Cloudflare, which hosts this site and screens our forms for bots, may store its own small technical token in your browser to remember that you passed the check. It is not used to track you across sites.

There is no cookie banner because there is nothing on this site that needs your consent to run. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following you to other sites, and our own event log, which lives inside our Cloudflare account. Raw events are kept for about 90 days and then reduced to totals.

We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or any advertising tag. We do not share visit data with anyone.

The companies that run the plumbing: Cloudflare stores the site, the database and your uploaded photos and delivers our email. Google Workspace handles our mailbox. That is the list. Nobody gets your information for their own use, and nobody pays us for it.

We do not take payments online yet. Before we do, this page will say which payment processor handles card details and confirm that we never see or store card numbers.

An unfinished quote expires 30 days after you start it. Submitted quotes and completed jobs are business records and we keep them. Photos you upload but never attach to a quote are deleted automatically.

Email hello@callsprayitforward.comand we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We answer within a few business days. The only email you get from us is the one you asked for.

This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children. If you are outside the United States, know that everything here is stored in the US.
