Driveways & Concrete
Temporarily unavailable — we are not booking this one right now.
Flat concrete takes real pressure through a rotating surface cleaner — even passes, uniform result, none of the zebra striping a bare wand leaves behind. Edges and transitions get detailed by hand.
Scope
What's included
- Driveway, apron and the concrete strip out to the street
- Front walkway, steps and stoop
- Patios, pool decks and equipment pads on request
- Hand-detailed edges, expansion joints and garage thresholds
- Pre-treatment on organic growth so it stays gone longer than a rinse
- Full rinse-down of runoff so nothing dries back onto the surface
Rust, oil and tire-mark removal are separate add-ons — some stains lift completely, some lighten. We tell you which before we start.
Instant quote
How it's priced
Concrete is priced by area. In the instant quote you answer one easy question — how many cars fit on your driveway, parked normally — which gets us within a car length of the real number. We then confirm the footprint against satellite imagery before scheduling, so the price on your screen is the price on the invoice. If imagery shows materially more concrete than the estimator assumed, we send you the corrected quote for approval rather than surprising you on the day.

FAQ
Questions we get
- Will the oil stain come out?
- Fresh oil, usually. Oil that has sat for months has soaked into the pore structure and typically lightens rather than disappears. We test a spot with degreaser, show you the result, and price the rest from what we both just saw.
- Why not just use a wand?
- A wand leaves overlapping stripes and concentrates pressure enough to etch the surface. A rotating surface cleaner spreads the same pressure over a swept circle at a fixed height, so the passes are even and the slab is not scarred.
- Do you clean pavers?
- Yes, with a wide fan at a low angle so the joint sand stays put. Some sand always moves. We do not re-sand, so if the joints are already thin, plan on that as a separate job and we will say so before we start.
- My driveway is new. Can it be washed?
- Concrete reaches its design strength at about 28 days, and no concrete body publishes a wait time for washing beyond that. We assess on site and err long, especially if a curing compound or fresh sealer is on it.
- Will it look brand new?
- Clean, yes. New, no. Rust bleeding from rebar inside the slab, spalling from freeze-thaw, prior acid etching and sun fade are damage, not dirt, and no cleaning fixes them. We tell you which is which before we start.
